Every body radiates energy at every temp. (T). Acc to  Stefan's law:

The amount of energy radiated by a BLACKBODY is directly proportional to the 4th power of its ABSOLUTE TEMP.

E  @  T4

and Wein's law in simple words state that the max wavelength of the energy emitted by a body is inversely proportional to the ABSOLUTE TEMP (in K).

or in other words!!!

Wien's displacement law implies that the hotter an object is, the shorter the wavelength at which it will emit most of its radiation, and also that the wavelength for maximal or peak radiation power is found by dividing Wien's constant by the temperature in kelvins.

energy radiated by a black body is directly propotional to surface area and fourth power of absolute temparature is stefans law and  weins displacement law states that wave legth of radiatio is inversly propotional to temparature
