i think both will give the same amt. of heat....coz ,PV=const. therefore, T=const.

how is pv constant man....pv^gamma is constant on the adiabatic curve..and work done in oa will be greater than that in ob..

let us consider the point A to be at (P1,V1) and point B at (P2,V2)..............consider any point O with coordinates (P,V)............now we can see that in OA and OB pressure and volume graph is a straight line let it be P=MV+ K for OA and P=mV+ c for OB ..................now U is given by nfRT/2 or PVf/2.......so U at Q will be PVf/2 and that at A will be P1V1f/2.........similarly U at B will be P2V2f/2...........thus dU can be found out and work done dW is given integration of P.dV from V to V1 for OA abd from V to V2 for Ob now dQ will be dU + dW for both the processes now substract Qoa from Q ob and see if it comes -ve or positive if negative then Qob is greater than Qoa and vice versa
