Tautomerism is in organic chemistry. Is is usually called keto-enol tautomerism which refers to a chemical equilibrium between a keto form (a ketone or an aldehyde) and an enol (an alcohol). The enol and keto forms are said to be tautomers of each other.I hope it is clear........

Tautomerism is a special case of functional isomerism. In this type of isomerism two functional isomers exist together in equlibrium. The two form existing in equlibrium are called as tautomers.
