y=(log(7x2-5x+1) )/(log(x2+4))
y1={log(x2+4).(14x-5)/(7x2-5x+1) - log(7x2-5x+1).2x/(x2+4)}/(log(x2+4))2
is it ok.pls tell me.

ya it is correct ,,,
log have a property,,,i.e. loga^b(a is base here)= logb/loga.......

after applying the property of log ,,which i had posted above it becomes,,,,,
log(7x^2-5x+1) /log(x^2+4)

when u use the form u/v= u*dv/dx-v*du/dx.the whole thing divided by v^2 . you will get your answer . rate me if useful
