Cosθ= 1-2sin2θ/2

Sin2θ=1-cos2θ =1-(1-2sin2θ/2)2

Sinθ=[1-(1-2sin2θ/2)2]1/2

That's really east :-

We know that,
Sin 2A = 2 Sin A. Cos A
=> Sin A = 2 Sin A/2 . cos A/2
=> Sin A = 2 Sin A/2. √(1 - sin2A/2)
and that's the answer
