LHS

sec a+cosec a(( sin a+cos )^2-1)

sec a+cosec a(sin^2a+cos^2a+2sinacosa-1)

sec a+cosec a(1+2sinacosa-1)

sec a+cosec a(2sinacosa)

seca*2sinacosa+cosa*2sinacosa

1/cosa*2sinacosa+1/sina*2sinacosa

2sina+2cosa

2(sin a+ cos a)

2m=RHS

 n*(m^2-1) = (secA+cosecA)*2sinAcosA = 2*(sinA+cosA) = 2m
