Inverse trigonometric equation...

None

sin^-1x * cos^-1x = -1

How to solve this? I don't know if this is part of jee syllabus... but i'm interested to know...

cos ^-1 x = pie/2 - sin ^-1 x

substitute in the given eqn

u get

(pie/2 .sin ^-1 x) - (sin ^-1 x)²= -1

put sin ^-1 x = t and solve
