put x =tanc

as x belongs to (1, infinity)

so it implies

      c belongs to (pie/4 , pie/2)

the given xpression now becomes

now c(pie/4,pie/2)

 so 2c(pie /2 , pie)

now u cant directly write as 2c because the answer will not lie in the range of tan inverse x which is  minus pie/2 to plus pie /2

so subtarct pie from the answer to get 2c inthe range minus pie/2 to zero which is well under the reqd range ie( -pie /2 , pie)

so answer is 2)
