Simple one,Diff. on both sides w.r.t x,we have,

3x2-4xy2-4x2yy'+5+y'=0

4-3y'=0y'=4/3 at x=1,y=1.

Now,6x-4y2-8xyy'-8xyy'-4x2yy"-4x2(y')2+y"=0

6-4-16y'-3y"-4(y')2=0

2-64/3-64/9=3y"

2-256/9=3y"

y"=-238/27.

MAKING A MISTAKE IS HUMAN BUT REPEATING IT IS IDIOTIC.
