If you observe carefully then the sum of angles i.e 33+35+22=90.

I can assume These angles to be part a triangle ABC with

A/2=33

B/2=35

C/2=22

Now

Simplifying we get

Now using the property of triangles ::cos A  + cos B + cos C =1 +4sin(A/2)sin(B/2)sin(C/2)

 we get the answer to be
