 eliminate x and y from equations

sin x+ siny= a

cos x+ cos y = b

and

tan x + tan y = c

break it into its form of sinc+sind=2sin(c+d/2)cos(c-d/2))

I want to eliminate x and y..Form an equation from these equations which is devoid of x and y.
