Is the initial point of a vector A always the origin? (for position vectors it is but what about other vectors?)

Initial vectors start from origin. But it's not compulsary that other vectirs too start from origin.

For position vectors it is origin, but otherwise it need not be.

INITIAL STARTING POINT FOR POSITION VCTORS IS ORIGIN OTHERWISE IT CAN BE ANY POSITION
