You need to remeber this : T is proportional to (R)^(3/2) 

Proof:

but

So 

Hence proved..

Now we know

So,

So KE is proprtional to 1/R

But R is proprtional to T^(2/3)

So KE is proprtional to T^(-2/3)

 KE =mv2/2 = GMm/(2r)

As r is proportional to T(2/3)  [ Kepler's lw]

So KE is proportionl to T(-2/3)
