You can't divide a direction by another direction ...

A vector CAN be divided by direction.

For example, if a vector A is divided by the unit vector a then the division gives the magnitude of vector A.

any Vector cannot be divided by another vector . we can add subtract two vectors but not multiplication and division by a vector..only scalar quantity can be divided and multiply to a vector.

its not possible 2 divide direction by direction..u can just do dat...u can divide vector by a scalar quantity..or by its magnitude 2 get a unit vector___!!
