Meaning of sanctum sanctorum in latin is "holy of holies".So, in the context of biosphere reserve the answer is 'core zone' which is the m,uch valued place in the biosphere.PLEASE RATE ME.

Means core zone which is highly conserved and restricted zone.it is a latin word
