BT will teach you to solve prob. while fiitjee will provide you with quality problem

and correspondance courses are really sufficient if you have will to succed

if you can't even affoard a correspondance course + test series

take a second hand course and join a test series

a second hand correspondance course cost you about rs. 3000 and a regular one about 10,000

the extra ques. are from the same ques. bank as the other ques.

i acoording to me this year different people are getting different level of paper

if you are an average student you will have large amount of time

i took those 12 ques.(4 each in PCM ) and found them quiet easy

but i suggest you to take them only if you are sure of getting at least 295 marks in earlier ques. and have 10 min. of time

or getting more than 285 marks and have more than 20 min. in hand

MCQ series is the best

for further practice and tougher question you can use GMP from fiitjee, YG file from BT or the arihant series

why have you predecided to drop a year it may lead you into a pit

follow BT , fiitjee or any other correspondance course avaliable

follow the plan prepared by your correspondance course and plz don't panic

drop a year only if you think that you can get into iit or bits next year else there is not much diff. b\w a nit or a GSITS ,MITS or JEC

even these colleges have 100% placement and companies like microsoft and google recruit from these institutes, even the pvt. cooleges like LNCT has good placement(for CS and IT )

there will be many more oppo. for you in your life in forof CAT and GATE so no means wasting a year just to get into a nit

moreover your score is not too bad just wait for a week and you may get a decent coolege and brach

do not take on all these books together fight with one at a time and you will reach your goal
do not go for any more books now

>use the mcq's for problem solving after you complete a chapter(and not small topics)
>if you have any problem consult yourteachers or senior immediately don't sit for future you may even take help of comprehensive books

>if you don't like solving thousand of problem, just solve and UNDERSTAND those given in fiitjee course and resolve them
>revise the syllabus once in every three month
