hey my rank is 23903 m from mp....i want manit bhopal jiski 5th councelling ki last seat is with 28000 rank....i failed to report at the institution which i got in 1st round ....u think i cant get seat in the vacancy round or instituional councelling...i really want manit & i think i m deserving enough....plz help rates assured
