its simple lyk this see resulve velocity of rope into components then u can asses that only component perpendicular to rope can change the angle and other can rotate abt the pulley compare them and ull know the answer

they have no fonite value it depends on ur coice suppose if u consider 5 from a unit charge then u should draw 10 from 2 units charge
