So there is some problem . You must consult the iit officials according to the instructions given in the brochure , I think there has been mailing problem with your form , did u send it by any private courier or post service if so then that s why your form has not been taken . If not so then ask the officials on the phone numbers provided in the brochure and just pray to GOD .
