Plz answer my query related to aieee counselling.I got 56423 AIR rank. In eee AIR rank is important or catagory rank??? And in online counsellin I am allowed ro fill all the choices right from NITs. But it is sure that i'l not get NIT. Then should i fill NIt in my choice chrt???

in option b it was given thatn it'd rotate by an angle 180- in clockwise dirction. I suppose i am right... ek to paper bhi ghar return nahi kiya... how can we evaluate??????

it would rotate by an angle  in anti clocwise direction because negative plate would attract it its upper (positive ) portion. I am dead sure of the answer.
