There is nothing to do with inertial or non inertial frame... The frame is only for our convinience. So wot so ever can take place in inertial frame.. we can solve it by considering non inertial frame.. as it is only hypothetical

but there is a problem.. Like IIT counselling is frm 18-21st but if u r not getting the branches of our choice then we have to think abt aieee only. So the offline counselling must start b4 20. Wot do u say guys

After 16th of june, u have to fill an offline counselling form through aieee rank only. This will give you a rugh estimate on what u can get. After that online counselling will be held from 30th and you have to go to ur stat's NIT for it. take 10th 12th marksheets migration certificate and tc along with u plus a dd of 15000.

the next day you can go there again to check what have ypu got

if u are ok with it. go for  it otherwise there are always a second round of counselling but for 2nd round dont take ur application back,
