if u want to go for core engg....thn go for trical.. n if u want to landup in softwares..with white collar jobs...then go for IT.

form 2 is only in oncampus counselling.... whr actual allotment of seats take place... here, the offcampus counselling, provides u just an idea about ur position... whr u stnd...nd wat r ur chances!

watever choices u fill for the counselling.. they r processed at definite tym-intervals...  suppose u gave 6 choices... thn they will b processed on ur prefernc basis... means the one which is higher in ur list will be chckd for u first...if thrs no othr candidate with a higher rank than u, it will b allotted to u... nd thn rest of choices below it... will be discarded... the thng to be noticed is each candidate will be allotted one n only one seat... frm his prefernce list!

cse will be difficult at NITs... u can try the private cllgs which take admission on the basis of aieee ranks
