if 1 side is connested to the battery then the circuit will be divided into 2 parts one with the 5 sides having net resistance 5 x 4=20 and the other having the resistance 4 ohm but the current is in opp. dir. with respect to each other
also they r in parallel combination to each other.
so the net current 24 x 3 /10 =7.2 ampere {Rnet=20 x 4/6=10/3}
the current will be 6 A in the single side and 1.2 A in the 5 sides
the field due to the 5 sides will be opp. to the 1 side .
therefore net magnetic field =k{1.2 x 5 /d-6/d} where k is a constant
