ans is d
take any point mass let say a
b and c will exert gravitational force on a . they will be = in magnitude= f
let the angle bw the 2 forces on a be  .than the resultant of both the f's is
3f...
similarly for b and c also the resultant gravitational force is 3f.inclined at angle 30 to each side
now all these forces meet at the centre of the triangle. now the the radius of rotation is R =r/ 3
so we get
mv23/r = Gm3/r2
so v =Gm/r

hey
since the body is rolling the point of contact will be at instaneous rest with respect to the surface.... so no motion tendency ... so no friction
as simple as it is
cheers

well the most interesting part has been
rotational motion..... to analyse diff cases of rolling and the level of problems thus generated is simply mindcracking....but throughout this one dosent feel low rather u are spending ur brain....
cheers

this will require mental determination

each time u do this ... force yourself do say NO loudly..
speak this again and again untill u actually realise that its just a waste of time..
initially it will be tough .. but in a few days it will surely make u forget about them...
and stop watching music channels and listening to radio....so that ur mind does not get diverted towards it..
cheers rate if useful
