1/2[(x^2 + 1) + (x^2 - 1)]/(x^4 + x^2 + 1)

= 1/2[ (x^2 + 1)/(x^4 + x^2 + 1)] + 1/2[(x^2 - 1)/(x^4 + x^2 + 1)]
now divide nr & dr by x^2 in both the terms,

make a perfect square terms in dr by add/ sub something.

& put (x - 1/x)=t & (x+1/x)=y when u wil make square in dr u will get these 2 terms with some constant in dr

nr will be the differential of t & y.

there is no solution to the equation as,
(10/9)^x graph will be in 1 & 2 quadrant that is y is always +ve.

but mouth of the quadratic will open downwards, minima will be at x=1/3 for which the greatest value of this function is -ve thus graph will not intersect at any point.

For ur kind information u cannot cancel "0" on both the sides.
as a=b so ur equation is 0=0 which on multiplying by any thing will remain 0 only..............

For mechanical u will need a score of 340+
It depends on ur knowledge and also luck as many who had given paper on a single day found it easier & scored above 300 while others found it tougher who gave it on some other day.
