Best is IIT k-------- best institute in india-----------not be confused and do yr preparation to join--not overthink and try to make yr position good there------------ God will make u 100% success- just imagine the moment these computer jobs go down with time by even slighest------- these instituites like IIIth-- no body will find this name- where as IIT k is wel established since yrs-so no confusion at all

It seems BHU Electrical would be my choice. I heard many recommending for IIT Hyderabad----------------- In my view --institute is very new in comparison to institute like BHU (existing since more than 60/70 years) whose alumni have engineers throughout world to help each other and institute like Hyderabad can not sustain once the computer engg jobs go in lower profile in future if ever.

But Pilani seems better managed then BHU

debabratanag99 ! But I disagree with yr option of mech at pilani- in my view electrical engg at BHU is best option as it gives a branch where i can shift to computers and core industry both and get a good institute also

But u read above views of Mr Puneet Agrwaal- his view is for computers at IIT hyderabad

I may be getting chance to get admission in Electrical engg in BHU and Computers in Warangal/IIIT Hyderabad and Mechancial in Pilani---- which option I should choose for job pint of view and furute prospectus in long run

I am engineering graduate of 82 and in our days industrial engg happens to be no one branch as it covers management side of engg also---- I am also surprised how it has been neglected now a days-- I guess the wave of computer sciences is responsible-------------- my son is at 3057 so difficult for him but I will ask u to go for it surely and help u very much if u go for MBA in future

My rank in IIT jee is 3056 please advise me my chances to get IIT and BHU --what branches and places should be in my choice and my possibilities. My target is MBA after B.Tech. with good backup of engineering also
