No offences from my side and am not being rude but mate mechanics is a subject and studying it is as simple as opening the book and doing the sums after referring to the theorems as well as solved examples.
Do everything slowly and steadily.thats all.

The work done by gravity will be negative when the motion of the object is in the direction opposite to "gravity"

Means the object moves up.
Therefore the height "H" increases.

Therefore,
PE will increase and will be positive.

Momentum = MV

Now momentum doubled means that "Velocity is doubled"

keeping into account that "mass remains constant"

Hence new V₀ = 2V

K.E = (1/2)M(V₀)²

K.E (new) = (1/2)M(2V)² = 4 (1/2)MV² = 4 (k.e)

Hence if momentum is doubled then KE becomes 4 times initial KE.

Very easy sum.Distance covered is to be found out.Therefore.

Let displacement at t = i sec be given by S_i .

Therefore,

S₀ = 6m

S₁ = 16m

S₂ = 22m

S₃ = 24m

S₄ = 22m

S₅ = 16m.

Thus the distance covered can be given by

= (S₁-S₀) + (S₂-S₁) + (S₃-S₂) + (S₄-S₃) + (S₅-S₄)

= 10 + 6 +2 + 2 + 6

= 26m.

Hence the distance travelled must be = 26m.

And if you want the displacement then it is S = 16m.

OR

you can say X = 10m from starting position.
