Q3. Find the total number of terms in the expansion of
(X +Y + Z +W)n where N belongs to the set of Natural number.
 
Soln:- The no. of terms in the expn (x+y+z+w)n can be
 
found out using the formula   n+r-1Cr-1        
 
where r = no.of terms (x,y,z,w )
 
here r=4 so, total terms = n+3C3

the above formula is valid for( tan and cot), (sec and cosec) also
 
 
7)[ ][ ] ex xn dx = ex(xn-nxn-1 + n*n-1xn-2 -....const)
 
for example:-
 
 
exx3 dx =ex(x3 - 3x2 +6x - 6)
