shape is d2sp3...as cr is in +2 state as NO , NH3 are neutral and CN is negative but strong field ligand so it will distort the configuration of Cr+2 and create six pockets ....2 in 3d orbital,1 in 4s and 3 in 4p....so all the six ligands are accomadted...so magentic moment is BM= sq.root of 8 where n=2

@25dz4iit on the other day persons like u say that this institute is gud and when somethng wrong happens u r first who criticise it....don't take my comments as harshly...i m just explaining u....the person from india who got nobel prize in ribosome creation something 4-5 years back said that he wasn't able to clear IIT-JEE at that time but he didn't lose hope ...many student's go to iit's but not a single person has ever got a nobel prize if they are so brilliant....so please please don't take anyone for granted as god has made everyone wid some talents.....

@handin u r right...nit's shud not taken for granted....it's a matter o the fact that whether on the exam day the student is nervous, has poor luck, or depends upon the type of set he/she gets...if one gets a set in which he faces first 5-6 questions easily he gains confindence and comes in full flow...whereas if a student gets a set in which he faces 5-6 starting questions hard he begins to lose his confindence and it affects the marks secured by candidates...so psychological factor playsan important role...

MINE IS 153 MARKS AND BOARDS 86% WITH OBC CATEGORY WILL I GET ANY NIT OR NIT DELHI AS I M FROM DELHI...SO POSSIBLY HOMESTATE QUOTA

yes a gud college avg package in cs/it is 5-7 lacs...go for it as u r frm punjab so u can frequently visit ur home in case of any emergency

@subhammahna..u will definitely get nit or dtu...take nit as per my advice as dtu's placements have fallen sharply...also it is not necessary that u will get hostel in dtu as they have limited seats...

@anurabh give me ur category gen/obc/sc/st...if gen go for other exams...if obc then u have 1% chance of getting selected in nit,,if sc/st then u will definitely get nit

very dim chances of getting nit....very dim...sorry bro..but u can try for thapar as it is still agood college..ur rank wud be arnd 30-45000..but it is ur general category which is playing the worst part...if u were in other category like obc, sc/st then cud have got nit's..but still don't lose hope ..u will get somethng if not the best..keep finger crossed as u cud get nit in spot rounds

don't know but i have sent emails to media houses regarding this...got reply by some media houses ...willn't disclose the names but they are saying they r going to use their undercover reporters to get evidences for this scam...nw they wil pay for the blunder they have creATED
