The question is not complete.the question is

Ten positively charged particles are kept fixed on the x axis at points x=10cm,20cm,30cm......100cm.The first particle has a charge
1*10^-8 C,the 2nd is 8*10^-8 C,3rd is 27*10^-8 C and so on the 10th particle has a charge of 1000*10^-8 C.Find the magnitude of the electric force acting on a 1C Charge placed at the origin.

We know that halogens have colors. It is because they absorb light in the visible region which cause excitation of outer electrons of higher levels. But,we were told that it was the wrong answer. If it was wrong then then what is the correct answer?

Consider the situation. The bottom of the pot (heigth is H) is a reflecting plane mirror.A fish is floting on the water at a height of H/2 from the mirror and your eye is H distance away from the pot.At what distance from itself will the eye (yours)see the image(s) of the fish.
