Priyesh ur method is wrong! first of all ur angle ( the angle ur using) in g sin@ is the angle with horizontal whereas we have to find with vertical.

the place where ur going wrong is that velocity is conserved all right!
but that is the net velocity conserved whereas uve taken velocity conserved in the direction of g sin@ which is wrong!

Simple dude.
use S = ut + at^2/2

so the 2 eqns will be
s = 1/2*g t^2 /4
and
s/ cos@ = 1/2 * gcos@ t^2

dividing the 2 equations

cos@ = 1/4cos@
cos^2 @ = 1/4
cos@ = 1/2
@ = 60 degrees ( with the vertical)

40 m from A.
the velocity of the 2 doesnt depend on their masses. and since the speeds are in the ratio of 2:1, thus the distance from A will be (2/2+1)*60
= 2/3 * 60
= 40 m (from A)

Ans) 3^(17)
= 129140163 integral solutions

raja uve have used the formula (n+r-1)C (r-1) but it wont be valid as the question specifies x,y,z > 0.
the method is assume 17 to be composed of 17 1s.
so each 1 can be put in x, y or z ie. in 3 ways.
so 17 times this process wil continue till 17 is distributed between x, y and z.
thus 3^(17).

Force is a vector, area vector is also a vector.. but Pressure is a tensor. it's neither a vector nor a scalar quantity.

5 interactions.
electron of 1st atom with nucleus of 1st atom.
electron if 1st with nucleus of 2nd
electron of 2nd with nuclues of 2nd
electron of 2nd with nucleus of 1st
electron of 1st with electron of 2nd.

the 2 nuclei don't interact as the distance between them is still comparably large.

integral 2.e^-x
= 2 integral e^-x
= -2 (e^-x)
applying the upper and lower limits
= -2.(e^-infinity - e^0 )
= -2 (0 - 1)
= 2

SAT is easy except for the english.. me on the other hand, I find the english easy too since i have had exposure to english from an early age.
i just gave the SAT subject tests on the 6h of october and giving SAT 1 in november.. maths all correct and physics 4 wrong.

u dont need to compare the level with our school and IIT.. its really easy since the level of schooling there is much simpler than ours.

ALSO THE AVERAGE FEES IS "NOT" $30,000 .. that is for the ivy league colleges.. ie. MIT, princeton, Harvard, Yale etc.
the average tuition costs are $15,000 and there are many with 11,000
so around 6 LAC (Rs) an annum.

School marks dont matter !! chanalicious! u seem to be misinformed... They use both the school score And the Sat score and see if ur good in atleast one.. because it's never necessary for a brilliant student to perform well in school. it's just a formal obligation.
however for top-end universities, letters of recommendation from teachers are very important..
Personally i recommend entering as a freshman undergraduate and pursuing Bachelors from a normal if not Ivy league university and then obtaining masters by transfer to a top university which is very easy since u can maintain a high GPA (a kind of grading system) in the college and as ur residing there u'll be considered for numerous scholarships too thus reducing costs.
