If you guys have qualified for counselling, then why worry!! I know a guy who got some 1.2k state rank last year (TN) and got NIT trichy.
Just wait people, the results have just come.

Okay, I am real pissed... I have created this topic to vent out my feelings. According to FIITJEE solutions, I was expecting atleast 180+ in aieee( That too, in the worst situation) . But I got a measly 140!! State rank of 800.
Now to those dumb predictions. I was predicted a state rank of 100-150. And look at what I got!
Well, NIT trichy might be possibnle according to many ppl, (with some crappy course), But I am really pissed off with the predictions and the solutions.

AIEEE results are definitely not coming out tomorrow. I heard from a professor that they will come on June third due to some reservation problems.

All of you getting 90% and above in pcm should apply, as there is the BC, MBC, etc etc quota. It is very much possible to get into anna university.

Here are my marks :
English - 94
Mathematics - 99
Physics - 93
Chemistry - 89 ( muffed it badly)
CS - 92
My total comes to 191(/200)
If you are BC or something, then you have a good chance of CE, Guindy. I am not FC, so am keeping my fingers crossed.

Look, your aieee score isn't very high, but depending on your state, you might even get NIT. But I suggest you don't bank on NIT too much. Your PCM marks are quite high. 91% is pretty decent, so I guess you should make it to a pretty decent college. Which state are you from? You will definitely make it to AMITY university.
