i will answer what i know...............

when earth stops rotating...g will increase.....because g decreases( except in poles ) due to rotation....

if u want to know why...

u r in the equator ( assume ) u r rotating ...so u have centripetal acceleration (C.A)...u also have g.....part of g goes for C.A.........
its like being in the lift which is accelerating downwards....ur weight decreases.......................

hello....i was wondering ....consider a perfect circular wire..carrying a current...it produces a magnetic field..........now no current flows through it...bring a magnet near in along the axis ( or somehow, it doesn't matter ) ie, increase the flux in the loop by a constant rate...by EMI a current is induced....

now take a circular wire with a current  ..it is similar to the wire having an induced current due to changing flux.....but in this case flux inside the loop doesn't change ie. time varying magnetic field wasn't produced......only a constant ( doesn't vary with time ) magnetic field is now produced    .why ? why is EMI not reversible....where am i going wrong....plz answer.....................

Catalogs Discussion Forums -> Magnetism -> electric field inside a wire ?? -> Go to message

a perfect conductor becomes ( or tends to become ) equipotential.....right ...but in a wire carrying current.( steady ) is said to have electric field inside....( we say so when deriving drift velocity ) ....but but along an electric field there is potential drop....but then how is a wire still equipotential...........i hope my query will be answered....

dear dear.......there are no kinds of force....all forces are the same...they way they vary with time,distance..etc.......makes them different...the reaction force is equal and opposite...yes it is a force..a constant force..( as long as action is constant ).................................................then WHY THE HELL ARE U CALLING IT G FORCE, EM FORCE ????????????????

see.......reaction fore is an other normal...force...there are no diff.. kinds of force....did u understand............??

its simple ..................because moment of inertia of earth increases...the water in equator is farther from axis than in the pole....understand??
