hi i tried ur question but im not able to understand
why r u taking 3r when radius is 3
also
it should be like this
i am doin it geometrically
we take pt of intersection of two tangents at A and B
the point and the pt from where we drew the tangents(arbitrary point)
are concyclic
bcoz they have 90 ,90 degree opposite angles
we just need to prove that the center of the circle is the center of
those two circles.
