i ll answer this one ..


3^(x-1) +3^(x-2)+3^(x-3)+.=2(5^2+5+5^( -1)+ ...)
find x

3^x ( 3^-1 + 3^-2 + ... ) = 2. (5^2 + 5 + ..)

3^x( 1/3 / ( 1- 1/3))  =  2. 5^2( 1 - 1/5)

3^x = 125

so solve for x now

which year u are in ?? If u are in 10th ..thn no issues .. just do ur basics right .. if u prepared for ur NTSE exams get thm right .. tat is revise again .. do log, quadratic equations properly .. do some mechnaics related questions .. do not go for high level stuff .. for physics u can go thrugh HC Verma ...

well .. u can y not .. 1 year is lot of time. If u will prepare hard u will definitely make it into the JEE .. or AIEEE ... just need to work hard.

as far as the addiction is concerned .. nothing odd .. ppl at ur age do loose focus in such thngs .. no worries .. i can assure u tat as u will realize the imp of wat u will be able to achieve .. these thngs wil fade away .. try to focus .. this is very imp part of ur life .. u may not realize now but if u work hard now u can make it big .. big in life ..

try to focus .. comp will b thr thrughout ur life .. this time will never come back ..

I suggest arihant books .. as far the NCERT books are concerned .. i say that in the given scenario .. one must go thrugh them ... atleast once .. and atleast over those topics which are normally not considered for JEE prep .. specially in chem
