hey can u plz tell abt the weightage of semiconductors and communication systems??

plz can anyone tell me abt the weightage of these topics in AIEEE?

and plz also tell abt the approx division of marks between the three i.e.,inorg,org &phys chemistry..........

I am done wid almost all of physics thoroughly, but I haven't done semi conductors and communiation sys properly(did sum of it  for the boards.....)......

so my ques is that can i afford to leave them now(for aieee) or study them now?(I can sacrifice sum of my sleep for it,no matter if ther's exam tomorrow....)
