Wht exactly happens when we earth a charged substance.
for ex. here A is +vely charged B get some induced charge due to A.
AFTER EARTHING -ve charge remains on B due to attraction by A &+ve charge goes to earth.
the ques. is wht does it exactly mean , do electons goes in earth or wht ??
Hey guys! I was studying abt capacitors and i come across this :
Some +ve charge is given to metal 'A' which induces some -ve charge on 'B' and due to this -ve charge potential of A is greatly reduced.
the ques. is how it get reduced and wht potential exactly means here.
