you should mot forget to do NCERT book. university physics is good

if there is no wind force then will there be no static frictional force...

and what if there is no friction

newtons law says that a body at rest has its all forces in equilibrium...

consider a heay body which is experiencing a force by wind and no other external force. The body will remain at rest but in absolute, the forces are not in equilibrium???Explain.
