the given parab.is a vertical one,opening up(x^2=9y).therefore its general point is-
(2at,at^2)on satisfying the relation(2at=3*at^2) we get 2 values of t(0 & 2/3).now a=9/4.therefore the points can b obtained by putting t=2/3 &a=9/4 in the general point.
