thanx but akhil can you please explain the point for positive coordinates clearly..

The number of point (x,y,z) in space , whose each coordinate is negative integer such that x + y + z + 12=0 is
a) 385
b) 55
c) 110
d) none of these
The answer is b) 55 ...but please give the detailed solution .What would be the case for positive integers ?

cuz when the wedge is in contact with the sphere for time T, in which it experiences constant force F, tangent of certain force ( you may calculate ) will be taken into consideration , but when the wedge goes back in the opposite direction ( minus of minus is +ve ...you can see in the last option, so option C is wrong ), cos of certain force will be taken into account ( so options A and B are wrong) So I am 99.99999 percent sure last option is correct. The angle of sliding is given 60 degrees . So tan 60 is root 3 and cos 60 is 1/2 ...both are there in the last option , taking the same reference fame into consideration .

Its the last option...........
