Hmm...actually ...its ur choice...whats ur interest...If u  have interest..in ur engg field..then go for MTECH....and if u got bored...and need some change..then MBA or IAS is the best option....just think over this but I think....if i was in ur place....i would have gone for MTECH first...as tech...is interesting ....and then if bychance i got bored...shift to MBA....with some job exp...

yah there is a way...WORK DAMN HARD......solve JEE level questions ....daily....and ans the IITJEE exam 2010.....if u clear....u get into IIT....and there in iit u work hard....and passout with flying colours...get placed in TOP NOTCH company and start earning....VERY EASY:)
