tangents at the points (a cos(theta), a sin(theta) ), and (a cos(theta + pie /3), a sin(theta + pie/3) ) on a circle x^2+y^2= a^2 are drawn.then what is the locus of intersection of these tangents?

two blocks of masses ma=2kg and mb=4kg are kept on an inclined plane of inclination  = 37degree as shown. The coefficient of friction bw A and B is 1 and bw B and surface is 2. accelerations of blocks A and B are a1 and a2. then match the following.

          column I                                                                        column II
1.a1=a2                                                                                               A.   1= 0.3 and 2 = 0
2.a1a2                                                                           B  1= 0.8 and 2 = 0.8
3.if work done by friction on block B is zero,then               C. 1= 0 and 2 = 0.2
4.if net contact force on block A is normal force,then         D. 1= 0.4 and 2 = 0.8

2. if | z- i Re(z) | = | z- Im (z) |,then z lies on:
       a. Re(z)=2
       B. Im(z)=2
       c. Re(z) + Im(z) = 2
       D. none of these

3.if a is a complex constant such that az2 + z + conjugate(a) = 0 has real root then
     a. a+conjugate(a) = 1
     b. a+conjugate(a) = 0
     c. a+conjugate(a) = -1
d.the absolute value of real roots is 1

4.what is the reflection of comlex no. 2-i / 3+ i in the straight line z(1+i) = conjugate(z) ( i - 1) ?

please give a generalised solution of such questions...

two blocks of masses m1 and m2 are kept on an inclined plane of inclination  as shown. The coefficient of friction bw A and B is 1 and bw B and surface is 2. accelerations of blocks A and B are a1 and a2. then for what values of 1 and 2 will a1=a2 and a1a2  ??

hey himanshu...i got the point..

in case of favourable cases..then u have considered that there will be 14 cars in 21 places...but it has to be 22 places because one of his own,and the adjacent places..so its 25-3=22
hence the answer wud be 22C14 / 24C14 = 15/92

6 couples have been seated along a long table, males on one side and females on the other.
 a. the probability that the birthdays of 6 males fall in exactly one calender month is 1/ 12^6
b. the probability that the birthdays of 6 males fall in exactly three calender months is 9900/ 12^6
c. if 4 persons are selected at random then the probability that 2 of them are male is 5/11
d. if 4 persons are selected at random then the probability that there is exactly one male and no two selected females are adjacent to each other is 17/165.
