Hai guyz. I was vwondering if this small experiment will actuallly work out in real life.

I'am, not sure about its working but this is a genral idea i tried to come up with.

It does have some errors and drawbacks in it.   (under physics and/or chemistry).

Can you people hightlight to me please?

I have attached a rough sketch.By tank i ment a small fish tank kind.

Method

1) The water is sucked through the tank first by noramal methods (by mouth :D).or any other suction metods.

2) The sucked water goes through the pipe and then falls on the dynamo which is then used to genrate elecric current (very small).

3) The water again goes down to the same tank and then gets sucked again.

The cycle will continue again and again (hopefully)1-4. So this is the basic idea.

Iwant an experts and the learners opinion on the factors that  might stop this cycle or  the whole experiment itself.

a) Given that a number is a perfect cube, what is the pobability that it is also a perfect square.(For Random numbers 1 to 1,000,000)

b) Given that a number is a perfect sqaure, what is the probability that it is also a perfect cube.(For Random numbers 1 to 1,000,000)

Working appriciated.

Thank you.

An aircraft flies between two radio beacons A and B,which are 100Km apart, sothat it is always 40Km closer to A than B.

Choosing a suitable coordinate system, write down an equation that describes the path of the aircraft.

What approximate path would the aircraft be flying when it is 1000Km from A?

a,b,c are natural numbers with a  <  b  <  c.

Determine the values of a,b,c if all the follwing are perfect squares

a!+1, b!+1 , c!+1 and a!+b!+c!.

= n! / r!(n-r)!  +   n! / (r-1)! (n-r+1)!

Please can anyone give me full steps(working)that happens till  this step.

=  n!(n-r+1)+n!(r) / r!(n-r+1)!

I know this a very common proving question but I am stuck. Please help.I didn't get what happened between those two steps.Thank u.

a) What are the distances of the point(x,y) from (1,0) and (-1,0) respectively

Ans) I got this respectively.

But  for this im stuck.

b)Write down the equation of the locus of a point whose distance form (1,0) is TWICE its distance from (-1,0).

and

c)Show that the locus is a circle, and determine the center and radius.

Thnks in advance.

Why is the velocity in a projectile motion or SHM etc divided into sin(theta) on the y axis and cos(theta) on the

x-axis.

There is a reef at the river mouth of a river.

Alight house is built on the reef. The surfae of which is at the same height of the light house.

The only equipment available is a compass theodolite(to measure vertical and horizontal angles) and a measuring tape.

The light house cannot be reached directly from the river bank.

Indicate measurements that could be taken and derive a formula for the heght of the light housse in terms of these measurements.Cleatly state the meanoing of all symbols that you use.

The riverbank is horizontal.

From the top of a hilly mound AB a lady observes the angle of Elevation a and the angle of Deppression b of the top and bottom ofthe building CD whose base is at the same level as the bottom of the mound.

If the height of her eye above the base level AB is x, show theat the height "h" of the building CD is

h= x sin(a+b) sec(a) cosec(b)

I have done a rough sketch of the possible diagram.

Thanks in advance
