I found it in an intresting facts book that hot water freezes early as compared to cold one if both are kept in a freezer. is it correct? why?

we know that
v=u+at
let v= -1 m/s
time(t)=1 s
& a=-2 m/
S

Now, v= -1+(-2)1
=-3 m/s
hence, magnitude of velocity increases. hence speed increas.
Similarly, you can do it for both +ve.

are yaar! you saw it in pradeep,isn't it? well iwas struck in the same problem and i think F can't have -1 as its the most e-negative, hence O has 0 oxydation state.

this rule was given to explain stability. actually, it is a fact that full filled subshells are highly stable. the energy of these is the least. as we know, every system in the system tries to have lowest possible level of energy.
