n hey..d abv reply wasnt an offensive one.... dats d easiest way i cud think of cuz dats d way i do we i dun get sleep..... it worked for me.....i dunno nethin abt d change in food habits 2 initiate sleep..but all i cn say is dat the more we get away frm sleep..the more closer it gets to us :)

well....i'll tell u......dun go to school one day...n dun sleep during d daytime.....so it means u r almost 36 hrs without sleep n automatically u will fall asleep at night..bleev me..this works :):)
jus giv it a try..it will help :):) n try 2 hav a bit more food in the night cuz dat initiates sleep :):)

i realise the absurdity in the way i hav been thinking..... m really srry .... i know dat shud not hav been the way i thoguht..but at dat tym i really felt evrything was lost...
thnx for ur scoldings n blessings wich made me realise what i am and what life should be...thanx a lot once again....
