Nothing moves faster than light. That is the whole point of the universal constant c.. Nahi to why would any1 go to such pains to calculate speed of light with such accuracy? Galaxies move away at about 0.1 of light's speed..

Both laws are universally applicable.. Electrostatic force is stronger than gravitational force (Purely from the formula point of view, pls don't jump on me saying this is not the reason), because the constant term in the formula is bigger than the universal gravitational constant.
Both forces are applicapble over all distances. The reason you see gravitational force being employed over large distances is because it requires massive bodies to be of signifcant strength and massive bodies are at large distances from each other. Same reason you don't see electrostatic force being employed over long distances, because universal bodies, by and large are electrically neutral as a whole, so they don't attract each other with coulumbic force. Also it would not be possible to create such a huge mass of positive charge at the same place.

Now the question as to why huge mass, or huge charge is required for long range force. This is because since square of distance is in denominator and this is large, the term in numerator also has to be large, hence the charge or the mass is large.

Hope this helps

Polar aprotic solvents are those molecules which have a dipole moment but do not give H+ ion in solution.e.g CS2

Non polar solvents are those molecules which do not have a dipole moment. e.g.. CCl4

Nucleophilicity decreases in non polar solvent and increases in polar solvents

I think it's 1,4, 6, 9..
The carbocation so obtained is more stable
But the 2, 3, 7, 8 product is thermodynamically more stable..
This is because repulsion between electrophile at 1 and hydrogen atom at 9 decreases stability..

Don't go for JD Lee till you've done the course once.. Same for irodov..
Phys: Halliday Resnick is excellent for concepts, HCV has nice basic questions.
Maths: R.D. Sharma JEE has good questions, and more importantly it has a lot of solved examples..
Chem: Organic: Morrison Boyd, Physical R.C. Mukherjee, Inorganic NCERT textbooks..
Also if you can get your hands on BT's notes for chem, they're very good..

For the second question, consider two aps, each with common difference 1.

The first from 1 to x-1 and the second from x+1 to 49

Write expression for sum of each

S = n/2 (a1 + an)

and equate to find value of x..

Let the first term be a and the common difference be d
First the sum
(a+2d) + (a+6d) = 6
2a + 8d = 6
a + 4d = 3.........(1)
Now for the product part
a + 2d = 3 - 2d
a + 6d = 3 + 2d
So
9 - 4d^2 = 8
4d^2 = 1
d = 1/2
Putting this in eq 1
a = 1

Now sum of first 16 terms =
16/2 (1 + 1 + 15/2)
8 x (19/2)

Derivative is basically slope
So it's 0 for non integral values and not defined for integral values

IIT Gandhinagar is going to be the best among the new ones.. I know that for a fact. The Guj government is taking such pains to attract good faculty there, I won't be surprised if it figures with the top 5 within the next 5 years or so..
