so one getting air 38000 will not be get any seat as there are only 15000 seats in the aieee whatever.........please reply do i have a chance

with state ranks gone to dogs a person wiyh 38000 rank in aieee what can be expected..........please guys reply honestly as this is my last chance..........if there are only 15000 seats in aieee then why do guys with 38000 and above are given eligible for counselling

guys i got 38000 rank in aieee and 897(T.N) state rank...........can u please help me in what colleges and courses could i get.........please mention the college name................i dont even know if i am eligible for central counselling as nothing was written on the screen........so please help and i have a probllem with this two phases of counselling...........
