current flowing through ef be I
through AB be a
through AD be b
than by symmetry current flowing through BC will be b and through DC a
and through BD take it i
now apply kirchoffs rule for loop
ADBA and BDCB and ABCFEA
YOU WILL GET THE ANSWER

when the circuit is in the steady state the capacitor get fully charged and now it behaves like a wire of infinite resistance.ie=no charge flows through it .

transsient state is that is between the initial and steady state.

in transsient state the capacitors can not be neglected.

in initial state (when capacitor is uncharged) when key is closed than the capacitor behaves A conducting wire(or short circuit).

Catalogs Discussion Forums -> Physical Chemistry -> Is atomic mass and average atomic mass different.how 2 calculate average atomic mass? -> Go to message

the atomic mass of an element is defined as the average relative mass of an atom of the element as compared with mass of an atom of carbon 12 taken as 12u (or 12 amu).

average atomic mass
example
chlorine has two isotopes having relative masses 35u,37u
relative abundance=3:1
thus atomic mass of chlorine is the average of these different relative mass described
= (35*3+37*1)/4=35.5u
