yes....by the process of induction........see if two like charged bodies are kept at a certain considerable diatance the posiive species attaract the negetive charges bringning them to one corner......(.but since the charge shud remain same the net charge will be same),,,,all the oppiste charged species get deposited at the other corner .this process is called induction.....small polarity develops and they attaract....however the attraction is very feeble,,,,,

for 13th the answer is c draw the traingle and find the length of its base....then height to caluculate the area will be perpendicular distance from the third vertex to the line u have got.....so multiply 1/2 base*height and u will get it
