Hi... i would like to know if a mechanical engineering student can drop
a few of the courses (which he is not intrested in) in his department
and opt for a few courses in other departments such as aerospace...ie..
major in mechanical and minor in aerospace...or the other way around..
Is there any provision for this.
if so....what is the limit and what are the regulations involved.
would be grateful to people who can give any info.

hi. my friend has got only 50% in his cbse boards. hece not qualifyifing for major entrance exams. he's planning to write cbse boards again. What is the procedure for this?? how shud one apply/?? wud he have to do all the practicals again...and project..etc..?? Can anyone please furnish the details. Also is there there a minimun board percentage required for aieee?

im in a very confused state.
i have decided to give jee another short next year. But im not sure whether to do it by dropping or while im in college.
i wud like to know how tedious the first year of engineerring is...and whether i cud cope with jee preparation as well. Also it wud be helpful if someone cud tell me what the usual college timings are...

Almost eveyone considers HCV as the god book for jee prep. Ofcourse its a wonderful book no doubt. But according to my experience the INTERACTIVE PHYSICS SERIES is much better than HCV. This book is not known to many people ....and upto sometime last year it unkown to even me. But when out of curiosity i bought the books and started reading them ...i was blown away. The way the concepts are explained is absolutely brilliant.Tremendous focus has been given to explanation of concepts......with the jee becoming extremely conceptual ....this book will surely give u succes. TRUST ME ONCE YOU READ THIS BOOK ....U WILL KINDA FORGET ABOUT HCV.
